Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because we work with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local partners around the world, all cancellations and refunds follow the terms and conditions set by each provider.
Our role is to:

- Request refunds or credits when available
- Provide clear updates during the cancellation process
- Assist with rebooking or modifying your plans
Please note:
- Some bookings (such as private aviation or non-refundable hotel rates) may not qualify for refunds.
- Fees from partners or service providers may apply.
- Evolve service fees and planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover the time and resources invested into designing your itinerary.

- Follow passport, visa, and entry requirements
- Respect timelines for deposits, payments, and document submission
- Communicate any travel changes as soon as possible
Third-Party Providers:
Evolve partners with airlines, hotels, tour operators, aviation companies, and transportation services.
Each provider has independent policies, rules, and responsibilities.
While we coordinate every detail, Evolve is not responsible for unforeseen provider actions, delays, cancellations, or operational decisions.
We are, however, always committed to assisting you in resolving any issue that may arise.

Travelers must follow safety instructions from guides, aviation staff , drivers, and tour operators.
We also recommend travel insurance to provide full protection throughout your trip.
